Manufacturing technology of FRP grid cover plate
和格栅板的模塑、拉挤制作工艺不同，玻璃钢格栅盖板属于手糊工艺，也俗称蒙皮。这种手糊工艺使用于制作各种玻璃钢制品，如常见的玻璃钢风机、玻璃钢雕塑、玻璃钢垃圾桶、玻璃钢化粪池等等。玻璃钢格栅盖板的制作方法通常有两种，第一种是在格栅板制作完成，但是尚未从模塑设备上取下时就在其表面进行盖板的制作。另外一种方法就是，将取下的格栅板放到另外一个操作平台并对其进行盖板的制作。两者之间各有优点和缺点。
Different from the molding and pultrusion process of the grating plate, the FRP grating cover plate belongs to the hand pasting process, also known as the skin. This hand paste process is used to make various FRP products, such as common FRP fans, FRP sculptures, FRP garbage cans, FRP septic tanks, etc. There are usually two ways to make GRP grid cover plate. The first is to make the cover plate on the surface of the grid plate before it is removed from the molding equipment. Another method is to place the removed grating plate on another operation platform and make the cover plate. There are advantages and disadvantages between the two.
